Outdoor lunch and music offered in Bel Air

The Bel Air Downtown Alliance is presenting free lunchtime concerts every Friday during May on Office Street next to the County Circuit Courthouse in downtown Bel Air.

From noon to 1 p.m., local musicians, school groups and bands will perform and Chick-Fil-A and the Main Street Tower Restaurant will be selling food. The first concert, on May 2, will feature the C. Milton Wright High School Chorus.

The lunchtime concerts are sponsored by the Downtown Alliance and the Town of Bel Air. The May schedule includes the Gentlemen of Jazz on May 9, The Regents on May 16, and Rob Garrigan on classical guitar on May 23.

In case of rain, the event will be cancelled that week. Lunchtime concerts also will be held on Fridays during September.
